the Biltmore Village, a short distance away, offers a range of great dining options within walking distance. the hotel was just a quick Uber ride from downtown Asheville. the room was beautifully decorated and spacious, providing ample space for relaxation. the staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. I particularly enjoyed the unique experience of staying in a hotel without a traditional front desk, as entry was done via a secure code.
There was an issue with the shower and sink drainage, requiring some maintenance attention.

Balcony in our room was large. Great value, we would recommend to revisit the hotel to friends. Pretty standard condo but met every demand perfectly.

My husband and I spent our 49th Wedding Anniversary in this fantastic hotel. It did not seen like a hotel at all, more like a home. Everything was so clean, and the rooms were decorated beautifully! Wish we could have stayed longer. Booked this online and was afraid it would not live up to our standards, but it did not disappoint. Love this place, and we would give it 10 stars if we could. Eric was so nice, and it was so quiet and peaceful.
The unit was clean, quiet, convenient and beautiful. Felt like home!
Would have liked a swimming pool.

Very noisy at night. The room smelled musty and felt damp.

Convenient location close to shops and restaurants, spacious rooms with plenty of amenities. Easy check-in process with a code to access the building. the room was larger than expected, with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and comfortable bedrooms. the hotel was in close proximity to key attractions in the area.
There was an issue with noise. the thin walls and uninsulated doors made it difficult to sleep through the night.
